TK Maxx has recalled two Piper K crochet bag charms sold between March and October 2026. The designs are a seal wearing a buoyancy aid and a duck in blue dungarees. The Office for Product Safety and Standards says the metal spring clip can detach, leaving a small part that could choke a young child.
What owners should do
The regulator advises owners to stop using the charms, keep them away from children and return them to any TK Maxx store for a full refund or replacement. The notice was published on 2 November.
